Valentines day, the height of love in our yearly calendar and also a time to amuse the children (and yourself) with creativity, making cards and gifts for our loved and cherished friends, partners and family.  I can’t wait to go all pink, red and glittery with my daughter Ava this evening whilst the boys are at England v Brazil and I’ve found a perfect and extra motivation with TCS  http://www.tcs-teddington.co.uk/

TCS, if you didn’t already know, is a rather beautiful and chic store in Teddington, they stock an exceptional range of shoes, bags, accessories and homeware which could take pride of place decking out any stylish lady or her residence.   This February they are running a fundraising competition in aid of The Shooting Stars Children’s Hospice http://www.shootingstarchase.org.uk/

If you would like to help, and your child would like to draw a heart for our window display this is what you do:

TCS will collect your £1 donation on behalf of the Shooting Star Trust when you bring in the heart.

It must be designed, drawn and coloured by your child and be no bigger than A5 (half the size of A4) by 6pm, Friday 8th February.

Put the “artist’s” name, email address & contact telephone number on the reverse.

The picture will then be displayed along with many others in our Valentines window.

And an extra for a lucky mum:

One of the heart pictures will be chosen as the winning picture and the lucky Mum will receive a £50 gift voucher to spend in TCS as her Valentines gift from us.
