We love – Steam Museum Camps this Half Term, February 2013

STEAM MUSEUM CAMP! (18th-22nd February) Kew Bridge Steam Museum, Green Dragon Lane, Brentford TW80EN

What an amazing alternative – Mad Science are running an exciting new half term camp at Kew Bridge Steam Museum and every day is a different and yet always explosive mix of fantastic fun.  Priced at just £35 a day, all you will need to bring is a packed lunch and a couple of drinks and your child is sure to come home excited about what they’ve done and learned in the session. For budding scientists aged 4- 11.

Schedule for half term:                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Monday 18th – Radical Robots:

Discover the wonders of electricity, build your own robot to take home with you and end the day with a truly hair-raising experience!

Tuesday 19th – Spy Academy:

Become a secret agent for the day, and find out all about spy gadgets, secret codes and techniques used by real spies!

Wednesday 20th – Junior Engineers:

Ever wanted to build a tower, bridge or building?  Well now is your chance!  Join the Mad Science engineering team for an exciting day of construction and destruction!

Thursday 21st – Rockets and Flight:

Find out about the four forces of flight, and design your own Mad Science Delta Dart. End the day with a spectacular rocket launch!

Friday 22nd – Solids, Liquids & Slime:

Explore the chemistry behind solids, liquids and gases using the incredible Dry Ice.  Make your own Mad Science slime to take home!
